I finally figured out how to allow uploading video files (only WebM and MP4). The same file-size limits apply as with images, so it’s only suitable for uploading short clips that would previously have to have been converted to GIFs (and consequently look worse than the original). Sharing of longer videos still has to be done by uploading to some dedicated video- or file-sharing service and posting a link here.
