Not necessarily through legislation, but in terms of state of mind too. It can lead to some really kinky results that turn me on. What’s tricky here is keeping it rapey - if it gets normalized it may skew towards being consensual, but we don’t want that, not at all.

One idea I have for example is a company policy where employees get to rape their female boss if they hit the KPI for the month. The boss accepts the agreement, and even motivates them by wearing short skirts and being nasty to them. She fears the rape, but fears a bad end-of-month report even more. When they do succeed, she “turns herself in” and meets them in a hotel, showing total disdain for it. She struggles and fights throughout it to ensure it stays rapey, genuinely not wanting it. Once it’s done and her holes are filled, she cleans herself up with no complaints, just part and parcel of her job.

A more absurd idea I have is an infomercial for a rape kit. Not the one for victims, but one for rapists with ropes, ring gags, tasers etc lol. The male host demonstrates putting the gear on the female host who really struggles throughout. I also love it when they throw around the word “rape” casually.

Male host (Craig): It’s so efficient, so easy! Look how I’m holding her in place and penetrating her. Do you feel raped, Kim?

Female host (Kim): I definitely am getting raped, Craig! Take a look at just how tightly secured I am by the ropes! I’ve given everything I can to break free, no dice! And if we can zoom in on our genitals, you can see how he’s really raping me in this great position! You’re a great rapist, Craig!

Craig: Thank you!

Kim: Don’t come inside me though…

Craig: You’ll have to break free!

I also love this theme, or any variation where the woman is blackmailed and so although against her will, she reluctantly complies. I often think of either dystopian futures or fantasy worlds where women just expect to be raped, it is inevitable given the breakdown of law and order.

I also once read a story, maybe on RU, which was also written by a female member. It involved a woman that had been gang-raped and decides to go and get revenge on the gang. She messes up the revenge plan and they disarm her and turn on her. At this point she realises that actually she wanted to repeat the experience all over again.

Similarly a woman or women that deliberately put themselves into risky scenarios, sort of half hoping for it to all go wrong.

I think the idea of slavery, of rape, as legal punishment would make things a lot better. That pretty soccer mom rear ended your car? Take her to court, own her for six months and then when you are done (and probably have bred the bitch) send her back to her old life. If they would have her. Employee caught embezzling? She becomes corporate property for a set period of time where every employee can use her for stress release and they can send her out into the streets as a whore for a little while. It would be nice.

This is my personal kinkitude, but I’m not turned on by just (if super-strict) punishment. Slavery as a kind of punishment has happened: in ancient Rome, a free man could end up a slave because of debts (women were hardly ever in charge of their own finances to the extent that they could get into serious debt). I’m turned on by unjust punishment. Another common source of slaves in times gone by, in many different cultures, was capture in war. Fight bravely, lose and you became a slave. Of course, that was nearly all men: women were captured not as enemy soldiers but

as booty, even in the Mediterranean up to the early 19th century by North African pirates till the spoilsport new USA went to war with them. However, there are many armies now that field female soldiers - US, UK (only engineers), Ukraine in large numbers and above all Israel. Some of their enemies would certainly regard raping a captured enemy female soldier as normal. After the first Gulf War, a Muslim religious authority laid out prices for slaves from the British soldiery with a higher price for females (wonder why?). Unfortunately this was just a piece of entirely understandable fantasy and was never put into practice.

I thought I’d share a current rape fantasy that intrigues me.

There is short film floating around called “Rape Card” where a selected number of men are issued a card that allows them to rape one woman and they leave a thumb mark on her when it’s done. It’s a nice, little short.

My fantasy is a derivative of that. It starts with me receiving a “blue envelope” in the mail. All women know what this envelope means. The envelope is from the government notifying me that I have to register to be raped. The registration process includes me being issued a thin brass collar with a symbol on the front that notifies anyone and everyone that I’m a legal victim to be attacked; this the humiliation part of the fantasy as wherever I go like the supermarket, Target, or work people will see that I’m eligible for attack. I have to wear this collar for a one week period, that way I don’t know when it will occur; one day in that seven day window. My hope it that I’ll make it through the week without being attacked, but strangely that never seems to happen.

The attacker, again only selected men receive their card, is usually someone with whom I am in regular contact. That way I have to see him again and again and again in the future and knowing that he was the one who raped me and not being able to do anything about it.

My favorite three choices are:

My mailman.
The 19 y/o mail clerk in my office.
My son-in-law, so that my daughter and I are both pregnant by him at the same time.

I had a particularly fun thought. The boss of a large company threatens to fire an employee unless he can work from the employees home while said employee is at the office. The boss has full use of the employees house and everything inside it, including his employee’s attractive wife. He e-mails pics and videos to the employee of him doing unspeakable things to his wife all the while reminding the employee if he tries anything or renags on the deal, he and his wifewill be on the streets and he will make sure that all his employees see the pics. Similar idea: conscientious, idealistic hot policewoman arrests very powerful, rich man (or his son, daughter, woman, top henchman). He works on her corrupt boss to fit her up with serious charges of misconduct. She must be raped by all concerned, when they want, or be sacked in disgrace. My only contribution to this thread is the (possibly related) thought that it intrigues me to think of females going ‘missing’. And no effort is made by law enforcement or family to locate same.

In a not-so-distant past, husbands could not rape their own wife legally speaking. They could do so physically and there was nothing she could do. Some husbands from days gone by liked to bring their best friends so they could all gang-rape the wife. There were no doubt some forms of secret “wife rape clubs” where they played cards to decide who was first, all nice and legal of course. The wife’s consent or lack of were irrelevant. This was one form of socially accepted abuse.

Female soldiers are about 90% likely to get raped when they are captured. Sexual violence against women from men of the same side is more or less normalized, so when they fall in enemy hands, it’s even worse. This is a constant fantasy of mine. Military nurses pay the price too when the enemy makes a breakthrough and captures an entire division, including its field hospital.

As someone once wrote in a comment for one of my stories, the Geneva Convention is just as easily torn away as the female officer’s panties. To imagine a French officer, daughter of a prefect or a Mayor, getting filled up repeatedly by soldiers screaming “Allahu akbar!” somewhere in Sudan… That’s a turn-on! Fantasy only, of course. If you declare jihad against the decaying West, raping their women is part of the course.
