I do but puts me in a risk of another stroke. Nephrologist want me to limit green vegetables like spinach and Kale and peanut butter. Stroke doc want at least one tablespoon of peanut butter every six days and at least two servings of green vegetables a week

My kidney stones compose mostly of Uric Acid ,something highly found in green vegetables and peanut butter! I can’t win either way
